Kulfi:

There’s no better way to cool the spice of a delicious curry than with kulfi, a rich Indian ice cream. Kulfi is both richer and denser than North American ice cream. It is more solid dessert, the density means that kulfi actually takes much longer to melt, so you can really take your time and enjoy every bite.

Kheer:

Rice pudding is a traditional dessert across many different cultures. The Indian version is called kheer and is one of the desserts we’re proud to feature at Indian Gandhi. It is made by boiling rice, broken wheat, tapioca, or vermicelli with milk and sugar; it is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashews, pistachios or almonds.

Mango Fruit ICE Cream:

It is the most favorite ice cream and all you need are mangoes, condensed milk and cream to make this.

Lichy ICE Cream:

This ice cream is light and sweet, and full of Lichy flavor. The texture is also very creamy and smooth. There are no refined sugars added to this ice cream and it is full of healthy.

Gulab Jamun:

Gulab Jamon is one of the best known and most well-loved Indian desserts around. You can also often be found at various festivals and celebrations. It is made mainly from milk solids, traditionally from Khoya, which is milk reduced to the consistency of a soft dough. Modern recipes call for dried/powdered milk instead of Khoya. It is often garnished with dried nuts such as almonds to enhance flavour.
